A project will commence once the required approvals, contractual formalities, and initial payments, where applicable, have been completed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients must pay invoices according to the stated payment terms.
- Additional work, new requirements, and approved scope changes may incur extra charges.

- Third-party subscriptions, licenses, hosting, domain registrations, paid themes, plugins, APIs, and other external costs are separate unless explicitly included in the proposal.
- Payments already made are subject to the refund, cancellation, and termination terms of the applicable agreement and relevant law.
Webiots will communicate material pricing changes or additional project charges before proceeding with the affected work.
6. Changes to Project Scope
Changes to features, functionality, design, integrations, or deliverables after project approval may require a revised quotation and delivery schedule.
Webiots will communicate the expected impact of material changes before proceeding. Additional work will be undertaken in accordance with the agreed change-approval process.
7. Timelines and Delivery
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope, availability of resources, timely client feedback, and any required third-party dependencies.
Webiots will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines. However, delays may occur because of unforeseen technical issues, client-side delays, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any revised delivery timeline will be communicated to the client as appropriate.

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables will be governed by the relevant project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Client-provided materials remain the property of the client or their respective rights holders.

Each party agrees to use such information only for legitimate purposes connected with the engagement and to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available without breach, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
Any separate non-disclosure agreement will apply according to its terms.

11. Warranties and Support
Webiots will provide services in accordance with the agreed scope and any expressly documented warranties or support commitments.
Post-launch support, maintenance, revisions, and bug fixes will be governed by the relevant proposal or agreement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, additional features, new integrations, third-party changes, and requests outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, clients agree to indemnify and hold Webiots harmless against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from unlawful client-provided content, infringement of third-party rights by materials supplied by the client, or the client’s material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from Webiots’ own unlawful conduct or other circumstances for which the client cannot legally be held responsible.
15. Suspension and Termination
Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the applicable contract or written agreement.
Webiots may suspend or terminate access to its website or services where reasonably necessary due to material breach, unlawful activity, security risks, or non-payment, subject to applicable contractual requirements and law.
